THREE ISLANDS
There are three islands included in this image of overlapping headlands. The viewpoint and foreground is near the Kallur Lighthouse on Kaltur. The first two headlands are on Eysturoy, the nearest 10 km distant and the next, with the stacks of Risin og Kellingin, 16 km. Beyond them are the two headlands at the northern end of Streymoy, 20-22 km distant, and, if I'm reading the map correctly, the peak in the middle is Heyggjurin Mikli, which stands at 692 m. The peak on the left is lower, but still an impressive 591 m.
