This gallery is devoted entirely to lichens and fungi found in the British Isles. They are from a variety of locations and environments - mountain, coastal, woodland and parkland - but the images are sufficiently different from the others in those galleries that it seemed better to bring them together in their own gallery. I need also to add that I have no expertise in either lichens or fungi, so my identifications, where I have attempted to make them, are subject to correction.
